Welcome to Coco Bay Cottages, a collection of three cottages and three Villas that stretch from the Atlantic Ocean front to the Protected Coco bay.
Our Cottages and Villas on Abaco, Bahamas, offer you a choice of private one, two, three and four bedroom oceanfront homes either on the Atlantic Ocean front or the Sea of Abaco (Coco Bay) on the north end of Green Turtle Cay. With miles of secluded beach at your doorstep, and the worlds second largest reef easily reachable less than 70 yards from shore, Coco Bay Cottages is ideal for family get-togethers, corporate retreats, weddings, fishing, snorkeling, diving, sunning or just relaxing.
Coco Bay Cottages are situated on two manicured acres at the narrowest part of Green Turtle Cay, where 600 feet of land separates the Atlantic Ocean from the Sea of Abaco. Our Sea to Sea property includes a private dock as well as two stunning beaches to choose from: the calm, protected waters of Coco Bay, perfect for shelling, bonefishing, snorkeling or long walks, or the expansive Atlantic ocean side beach with the world’s second largest reef less than 70 yards offshore.
It’s one of the few places you’ll ever visit where you can catch both the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your own porch.

Complimentary use of our dock is also included during your stay for boats up to 44 feet with a draft of 4.5″ or less. Just let us know when you book!
